Staging for an estate sale involves arranging items in a way that highlights their value and appeal. We begin by cleaning and organizing each room. Our team utilizes all necessary staging equipment to achieve this goal. We create a flow that guides the customer through the space, making it easy and enjoyable for the overall shopping and customer experience.
Pricing
Researching and pricing for an estate sale involves several key steps. We thoroughly assess the condition and relevance of each item. We gather sufficient information, set competitive, yet fair pricing, that reflects the item’s value and appeal, ensuring they are attractive to potential buyers while still maximizing profit.
Purchase
Hosting a four-day estate sale requires careful planning and organization. We begin by advertising through EstateSales.net, our business social media platforms, and outdoor directional signage. We maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to encourage purchases and leave a possitive impression on customers.
Polish
After the sale, our team sweeps, vacuums, and wipes down the countertops. We remove any remaining unsold items and debris. Our goal is to leave your home looking its best, making it easier for you to transition smoothy to the next phase of selling. Our clients are our top priority.
